• Show understanding of customer’s personal style when offering fashion advice.
• Inspire customers with product knowledge to cater to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, ringing up customers.
• Remain positive and professional, working with the team to create a great environment for customers and each other.
• Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

• Maintain regular and timely attendance consistently.
• Remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day.
• Operate a computer and monitor up to 8 hours per day.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with clarity.
• Reach at or below shoulder level.
• Carry equipment, move boxes and samples.
• For stores:
  Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
