As a Sales Solutions Generalist you will provide each customer with the best experience possible by helping them find and purchase animals, supplies and services. You will work the cash register, keep merchandise stocked and priced, and partner with the Pet Care Center team to deliver outstanding service.

• Engage guests, using training to recommend the right products.
• Assist guests in selecting merchandise that meets their needs.
• Process transactions quickly while creating a great experience.
• Build future business by understanding guests and their pets.
• Support the center in achieving assigned sales goals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and inventory.
• Complete training programs to maintain expertise.
• Adhere to operational guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive teamwork culture.
• Perform assigned duties and special projects.

• Work successfully within a team.

• Demonstrate a strong interest in animals and their care.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience within sales, retail or related field.

• High level of knowledge of pet nutrition and aptitude for sales techniques.
