A team of consultants who meet guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience, and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket. A Style Consultant is focused on operations and a high-quality guest experience, with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, accurately priced, and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signings and clearance merchandising practices.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with tasks as needed; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
