We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, including working the register and processing transactions with your fandom expertise.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $15 - $16.50 per hour. Final salary depends on factors like education, location, experience, and training.
