We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Associate to join our team. As part of our people‑first culture, you’ll work in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment that celebrates diversity and growth.
General PurposeThe Retail Associate ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. You will greet and assist shoppers, maintain a clean store, apply merchandising standards, handle transactions, and support store operations as needed.
Essential Functions- Prioritise safety, maintain awareness, and report unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
- Provide courteous, professional service; greet all customers, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist customers with merchandise, check out, and inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, perform daily cleaning tasks, and restock supplies.
- Follow company procedures for loss prevention, merchandise protection, and disposals.
- Handle cash, checks, charge cards, refunds, and voids accurately.
- Adhere to dress code and present a professional appearance.
- Perform daily sizing, recovery, and merchandising of new receipts in a timely manner.
- Follow Mark‑Out‑of‑Stock policies and ensure proper processing of disposals.
- Demonstrate integrity and protect confidential information, cash, and merchandise.

- Basic mathematics for retail transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for the full shift.
- Physical capacity to bend, lift, and use store equipment (up to 25 lbs; up to 20 lbs for stockroom shifts).
- Comfortable using PTD, register, PC, and janitorial equipment.
- Stand, walk, and move for 100% of working time.
- Regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
- Occasional push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs.

Employment & CompensationFull‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Base pay range: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
