Job Summary

Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner

in accordance with Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards, Hospitality Imperatives and service procedures under strict food safety conditions.

Essential Functions

• Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee.
• Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Standing and/or walking - 50% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $15.50 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days.

• Full-time benefits include up to 160 hours of PTO (Sick & Safe Leave included), up to 4 days of Rest & Relaxation time, 3 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/disability/life/FSA insurance eligibility after 60 days, 401k plan with match, EAP, free meal while working, access to national discounts/perks platform.
