Responsibilities- Prepare and help serve the daily breakfast and evening reception; greet each guest at breakfast and during the evening's reception, ensuring that guests are 100% satisfied.
- Provide personalized service to all guests.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast bar and evening reception in an attractive, organized, clean and standardized presentation.
- Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
- Stock coffee, juice and milk in the breakfast area.
- Stock water, beer and wines during the evening reception.
- Prepare food such as fruit, sweet rolls, muffins, yogurts, coffee, hot sandwiches and appetizers in the serving areas.
- Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
- Wipe up spills.
- Remove trash.
- Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
- Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
- Return reusable food supplies to storage.
- Listen and respond to guests’ requests or complaints.
