Be the culinary genius behind premium stadium dining, shaping menus, ensuring safety standards, and creating memorable culinary experiences.

• Train and lead kitchen personnel, supervising all culinary activities
• Estimate food needs and manage food requisitions
• Elevate stadium dining with premium menu development and adherence to safety standards
• Set presentation techniques and quality standards, plan menus, and ensure kitchen safety and sanitation
• Oversee equipment operation/maintenance and manage special catering events
• Provide culinary instruction and demonstrate techniques as needed

• Culinary degree
• 3+ years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high volume

Location: Baltimore, MD, USA
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Target: $85,000.00)
