Work with pastry chef and team of bakers to provide baked goods for two residential dining halls, Catering Department, staff lounge, and student care packages in a timely fashion.

• Following recipes
• Scaling, mixing, baking and packaging baked goods. Some knowledge of metric and imperial baking measurements.
• Labeling, dating and storing foods properly.
• Maintaining correct portion sizes, freshness and quality.
• Stocking retail space with baked goods and maintain the retail space presentation.
• Following cleaning schedule as provided by management. Also, utilizing the clean as you go techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow Parkhurst gold standards. Uses smile plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow associates at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time
• Occasionally lifting 50lbs
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

The pay rate for this position is $16.25 / hour with a one dollar increase after 90 days.

Full‑time benefits include up to 160 hours of PTO (Sick & Safe Leave included), up to 4 days of Rest & Relaxation time, 3 paid holidays, health/dental/vision/disability/life/FSA insurance eligibility after 60 days, 401k plan with match, EAP, free meal while working, access to national discounts/perks platform.
