Front of House Team Member

Our Chick-fil-A Eastpoint team is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team immediately! Our Front Line Team Members are the face and heart of Chick-fil-A, and they must possess great customer service and communication skills. This is for people who are looking for day shift work only.

Requirements:

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

* Strong communication/verbal skills

* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other team members

* Team members are expected to work on their feet for several consecutive hours

* Ability to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

* Proficiency in English language

Primary Duties & Responsiblities:

* Enthusiastically greet guests

* Accurately take and fulfill orders

* Deliver food within a timely manner

* Front line training includes, but is not limited to: cashier/register duties, Drive-thru, bagging food, preparing milkshakes

* Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety and Health Department procedures at all times

* Follow all Team Member Handbook Policies

* Cash and coupon accountability

* Ensure restaurant cleanliness

* Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
