Manage shifts, leading crew and co‑managers to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit.

• McDonald’s Management Experience is required.
• Positive team‑player attitude with flexible schedule.
• 18 years or older; legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.

Pay Rates start at $18 per hour. This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee; the franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters.
