Company Description
Infinity Bio, Inc. is a Baltimore, MD biotechnology startup developing a novel proteomics platform for antibody reactome profiling called MIPSA (Molecular Indexing of Proteins by Self-Assembly). Antibody reactome profiling identifies antibodies in a biological sample that are reactive against peptides and proteins of interest. MIPSA leverages massive DNA-barcoded peptide and protein libraries (500k+ members) to comprehensively detect such antibodies using NGS readout.
This technology encompasses the entire omic workflow from front-end sample preparation to multiplex assays, NGS library preparation, and informatics. We are looking for intellectually curious, dedicated, and creative people to join our team. As in any startup environment, candidates who are flexible enough to fill many roles can be expected to grow quickly within the company and play a large part in shaping its future.
Today, you may be working at the lab bench while tomorrow, you may be writing a patent, and the day after, you may be analyzing data.
