The Matt Rhine Group is hiring a Real Estate Apprentice / Showing Assistant — a hands-on, mentorship-driven role designed specifically for motivated new Maryland licensees who want real experience, real training, and a real path to becoming a top producer.

This is your chance to skip the guessing stage and learn directly inside a high-performing Maryland real estate team.

• Direct mentorship from a top-producing Team Leader
• Real exposure to active Maryland contracts, inspections, negotiations, and listings
• Daily lead flow to work and convert
• Proven scripts and follow-up systems
• Hands-on experience with MLS, CRM management, and transaction flow
• Clear path to becoming a Buyer Agent

You won’t just “shadow.”

You will participate.

• Show Homes Across Maryland

• Show properties throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and surrounding markets
• Deliver a confident, professional client experience
• Learn how to properly pre-qualify and guide buyers in today’s Maryland market

• Call and follow up with inbound internet leads
• Qualify buyers and sellers
• Set appointments for the Team Leader
• Learn how to convert conversations into contracts

• Attend inspections and walkthroughs
• Learn Maryland contract timelines and contingency management
• Understand financing, appraisal, and negotiation strategy in real time

• Assist with listing prep and buyer coordination
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Help keep deals organized and on track

• Newly licensed Maryland agents (or about to be)

This role is structured to develop you into a producing Buyer Agent.
