Leasing Consultant

$23.00/hr - $26.00/hr

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 356 apartment homes in Baltimore, MD. We expect the Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well‑being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company. This individual works in conjunction with the rest of the office by responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork, and performing data entry.

• Take a prospect from traffic to resident
• Maintain closing ratios
• Collect rental deposit
• Process all rental paperwork
• Ensure property remains in excellent condition
• Manage property’s social media and coordinate resident events
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive

• A college degree (preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred)
• Sales aptitude
• Sharp and professional appearance
• Must be able to work weekends
