We are currently seeking a highly motivated QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR (QAI) located in Baltimore, MD and surrounding communities.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction or equivalent preferred

• ACI, ICC, ACT, NICET or relevant Certification

• Five (5) years of experience in Landside, Vertical, and Facilities construction inspection.
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Ability to use Bluebeam, Procore and other relevant tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner with client representatives and contractor personnel.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Inspect and review projects during construction to monitor conformance with plans, specifications, and other codes and regulations during construction.
• Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field construction.
• Inspecting construction work, tracking daily quantities, drafting daily quality reports, and monitoring field tests.
• Must be proficient with performing periodic audits of the contractor’s quality control personnel and procedures.
• Must interact with the contractor’s quality control team to obtain project documentation.

$40.00 / Hour
