12-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CCU) for patients with acute myocardial infarction and complications including cardiogenic shock, post‑infarction angina and congestive heart failure. Unit’s acuity is high and requires experience caring for patients with cardiac devices such as Impellas, IABPs, ECMO, CRRT, PA catheters, LVADs, etc.

Level 1 Adult & Pediatric Trauma center, Teaching Hospital, Magnet facility;
