• Responsible for the washing, drying, folding and return of all linens according to Broadmead procedures.
• Records amount of linen washed daily and follows directions and schedules.
• Responsible for packaging clean linen for various departments.
• Processes and rejects linens according to procedures established by Broadmead.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and repairs required to Laundry equipment.
• Cleans laundry equipment on a daily basis.
• Operates all laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follows all safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
• Ensures that linens meet the standards for quality and cleanliness for all areas of service.
• Wears protective personal equipment (PPE) when working with soiled linens.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
• Accountable for promoting internal customer service.
