Salary

$94-112K (base pay range). Bonuses or other incentives are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers consider overall experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and training.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations of assigned unit to ensure quality service in accordance with nursing standards, Future Care policies, and state/federal regulations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day care and maintain restorative health for residents.
  • Develop and implement resident care plans as needed.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and meet the care needs of each resident.
  • Supervise, counsel, and manage nursing staff performance.
  • Collaborate with Director of Nursing and physicians to plan and maintain resident care.
  • Identify procedural problems and work with the Director of Nursing to resolve issues.
  • Supervise and direct all clinical aspects of nursing practice and engage in all clinical activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between residents and families, addressing and preventing concerns.
  • Perform audits and complete charting, evaluations, medical forms, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills.
  • Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term facility.
  • Current CPR license.
