Required:

Yes – within specialty and peri-operatively (Pre-Op/PACU as needed)
Call Requirement: 36 hours pre-scheduled call per 6-week cycle
Weekend Requirement:
Minimum 1 weekend per month

Note:

Hard stop – must have trauma OR experience scrub & circulate experience

Level I Trauma Shock OR RN responsible for high-acuity surgical cases. Strong scrub and circulating skills required.

• Minimum 2 years OR experience

• Trauma OR required

• Scrub Circulate required

• First-time travelers accepted with strong experience

• Active MD or Compact RN license at submission

• BLS (AHA required)

• CNOR preferred

• Ratios: 1:1

• Population:
Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

• Cases:
Trauma (GSW, MVA, burns, amputations), neuro, ortho, vascular, thoracic, cardiovascular, general surgery

• Rooms: 9
