Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgical/Med-Surg Unit position requiring 2+ years of surgical unit experience and Epic proficiency, working nights on a 13-week travel contract.
Responsibilities- Surgical/Med-Surg unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays covered as needed per unit
- No on-call responsibilities
- Epic EMR used
- Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
- 13-week contract
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience on a surgical unit
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience at a comparable-sized facility required (500+ bed facility experience required if applying to a large academic medical center)
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
