The Assistant Nurse Manager has 24/7 accountability and serves in a supportive role to the unit Nurse Manager. This role has responsibility for daily coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all customers reflecting the mission, vision, and SPIRIT values of Sinai Hospital and the Department of Patient Care Services. In the absence of the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager will assume full oversight and responsibilities for their assigned unit/s.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
• 1-3 years of Emergency Room experience required.
• 1 year of formal nursing leadership experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• PALS & ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Must be a member of a Professional Organization.
• Current/Valid Maryland Registered Nurse License.
