About The Pediatric Center

Our 14-bed unit features a unique opportunity for nurses to float between 9 inpatient beds and 5 pediatric ED beds. We care for children with a variety of general pediatric diagnoses requiring short hospital stays. Provide patient-centered pediatric care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members to ensure high-quality care and safety for children with a variety of general pediatric diagnoses. Float between inpatient beds and pediatric ED beds as needed within the unit’s scope.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; applicants enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and planning to complete within five years will also be considered.
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• No RN experience required.

Must have authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship applicants will not be considered).

Salary Range

Salary Range:
Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
