Overview

The Judge Group is currently seeking Home Health RNs for a fantastic client of ours! This is a direct hire opportunity.

We’re hiring a Home Health RN Case Manager to provide in-home clinical care to patients in Montgomery County. Clinicians use their own vehicles for travel between visits and must maintain current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided from the first to the last visit of the day. Orientation includes approximately five in-person training days at the Baltimore office, with the remainder conducted virtually or in the field.

A productivity-based point system is used to structure weekly expectations:

• Full-time: 25 points/week

Point Values By Visit Type

• Start of Care (SOC): 2 points
• Resumption of Care (ROC): 2 points
• Recertification (RCT): 1.5 points
• Evaluation (EVAL): 1 point
• Revisit (RV): 1 point
• Discharge (DC): 1 point

Territories are designed around the clinician’s home address whenever possible. While most visits are localized, occasional travel outside assigned zip codes may be required based on census needs.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
• 2–3 years of RN Med/Surg experience preferred
• 2 years of RN Home Care experience preferred
• Current Maryland RN license or compact state license eligible for Maryland practice
• Current DC RN license
• CPR certification required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
