Our Orthopedic Clinic offers a range of specialty services providing innovative, collaborative and compassionate care. Specialties include orthopedics, plastic surgery, metabolic bone and osteoporosis. Looking for an experienced nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. By bringing together the right experts, resources, equipment and procedures our patients will receive top‑notch, comprehensive care.
ShiftFull‑time, 8‑hour day shifts with flexible start times between 7:45–9:00 am (No weekends, No holidays, No on‑call).
ResponsibilitiesThe Orthopedic Clinic RN leads a team of Medical Assistants on a daily basis in this busy multidisciplinary ambulatory setting. The candidate must demonstrate leadership talent in supporting, directing, providing resources and education for the M.A. team. This requires a nurse who has excellent communication, delegation, and leadership skills. Other duties include managing schedules, supporting and assisting providers, Epic in‑basket management, and problem solving.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience and demonstrated experience managing medical assistants or techs
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required, BSN to be completed within four years
- Current Maryland or Compact RN license
- CPR certification – AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
- RN experience required but will train!

Minimum $38.49/hour – Maximum $59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
