Maryland Medical Day is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our Adult Day Care Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our clients and support their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor clients' health status, including vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Educate clients and families on health management.
  
  -Complete full physical assessments on each client monthly as directed by Management.
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Document progress notes, psychiatric notes and any incidents that may occur while in the center (under our care).

• Clinical assessments and decision-making abilities.
  
  -Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team work and independent working abilities
• Proficiency in EHR.
• Effective time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  
  -Experience in geriatric care and adult day care is an advantage
• CPR and First Aid certification.
