Unit ; Integrative Care Unit: Medical​/Surgical​/Telemetry​/Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Join GBMC Health Care as a Registered Nurse 2 in Unit 47, which includes Medical, Surgical, Telemetry, and Behavioral Health units. This full-time night shift position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level), bi-annual renewal.
• One year of RN experience required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in nursing care planning, medication administration, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
