• The position will manage the daily operational flow, mentor and coach the Charge RN team, participate in interviewing/hiring, perform rounding with Charge RN’s, ensure compliance, and assist clinically in times of very high census
• Reports to a collaborative ED Manage rand will be well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and a Department Educator

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum three (3) years of Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience, preferably as a Preceptor/Educator and/or Charge RN
• Active RN license
• CEN is a plus
