Assistant Nurse Manager

Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore serves in a supportive role to the Nurse Manager. This role has responsibility for daily coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all customers reflecting the mission, vision, and SPIRIT values of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and the Department of Patient Care Services.

Unit Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is a 29 bed unit, and also cares for Cardiovascular ICU Patients, complete daily interdisciplinary rounds with unit medical, neuro and surgical intensivists

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, (BSN)
• 1 year of formal nursing leadership experience is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License, American Heart Association CPR Certification, PALS & ACLS within 6 months of hire (if applicable)
