RN Unit Manager
Full-Time? On-Site? Baltimore, MD Salary: $118,000-$124,000

Role OverviewProvide 24-hour clinical and operational leadership for a 40-55 bed long-term care/post-acute unit. Drive quality outcomes, staff development, compliance, and resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor nursing staff? Ensure compliance with CMS, OHCQ, and infection control? Monitor clinical trends and participate in QAPI? Support residents and families with empathy and advocacy
- RN license (MD or compact)? 5+ years nursing experience; 2+ years LTC leadership? BLS required; BSN, ACLS, IV therapy preferred
- Medical, dental, vision with coverage lower than average deductibles and copays
