NOTE:

This position is 24 hours/week and could be day shift (7:00 am - 7:30 pm) or night shift (7:00 pm - 7:30 am). The schedule will vary.

Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.

As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

• Critical Care experience required
• 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments required
• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS

• Current Certification - NRP for WICU, M/B L&D
• PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR

Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days required. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
