Base pay range: $36.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within State and Federal guidelines.
- Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems and ensure they are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
- Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
- Implement physician's orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Future Care's nursing facility.
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus.
- Must possess a current CPR license.
