RN – Cardiovascular Interventional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Interventional care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with experience in cardiac or catheterization lab settings. This position requires advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver exceptional patient care in high‑acuity environments.

• Provide expert nursing care to cardiovascular and interventional patients.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs in critical care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in catheterization lab procedures and post‑procedure recovery.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to all clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Strong critical care and ICU experience (minimum of 3 years).
• Expertise in cardiovascular or cardiac ICU settings.
• Proficiency in catheterization lab procedures and patient management.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with advanced cardiac monitoring systems.
• Experience working in high‑volume or teaching hospital environments.

• Minimum of 3 years recent high‑level RN ICU experience.
• Cardiac ICU or cath lab experience preferred.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred;
  Associate Degree accepted (must matriculate to BSN per nursing guidelines).
• Active BLS certification via AHA, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network at time of hire.
• Active Maryland RN or Compact License required at time of hire.
