The Nurse Manager (Director of Nursing) is a member of Med Star Health entity-based Division of Nursing's (DON) leadership/management team and is responsible for the adult inpatient psychiatric unit, child and adolescent psychiatric unit and psychiatric ED unit of organized nursing and patient care services. This role will be based out of Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center, a four-time Magnet® designated hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Minimum Qualifications- BSN from a nationally accredited program required;
Master's degree in Nursing or health related field from a nationally accredited program preferred. - 4 years of RN experience required; 2 years of management and leadership experience preferred, particularly in an inpatient psychiatric environment; at least 2 years of psychiatric RN experience strongly preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). PMH-BC strongly preferred.
