Our administrators are Dialysis RNs. Over a third of our talented staff have been with IDF for an average of 20 years. Dialysis experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Full‑time RN position available at our Parkview Center located in downtown Baltimore. Parkview Center is a 36‑station dialysis clinic with a cohesive team and great hours. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday. Full‑time staff are scheduled 36–40 hours weekly.

- Provide hemodialysis treatments to renal failure patients in accordance with IDF policies and procedures and all regulatory agencies.
- Routinely perform nursing tasks as ordered by the physician and/or assigned by the Charge RN.
- Administer patient care in a safe, confidential, and respectful manner.
- Apply interpersonal relationship skills.
- Assist fellow members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Accountable for all delegated nursing care activities, assessments, interventions, and for ongoing evaluation of the patient’s response to the nursing plan of care.
- Perform and document patient observations and data collections accurately, timely, and legibly in the patient’s electronic medical record.
- Respond appropriately to visual and audible alarms of the dialysis machine and other ancillary equipment.
Dialysis experience is a plus; we will train the right candidate. New graduates are welcome.
