We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for a busy Primary Care Practice to provide quality patient care, conduct follow-up visits, and assist with in-office procedures.
Responsibilities- Examine patients, review medical records, order diagnostic tests, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and maintain EMR documentation.
- Educate patients and families on health issues, disease prevention, and promote healthy practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, stay updated professionally, and conduct research.
Required skills include excellent communication, strong ethics, teamwork, patience, and a valid license. Prior NP experience is preferred, with a willingness to learn and problem-solve.
