Provide direct clinical care to a variety of skilled and long-term care patients/residents. Assess patients according to established guidelines, and assign appropriate staff based on patient needs and staffing matrix. Assess patient's physical and psycho social needs and implement a plan of care to address the needs. Transcribe/implement physician orders in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in department quality improvement activities as needed.
Comply with mandated hospital and department education programs. Assist in the delivery of programs as requested.
