Registered Nurse RN - $7500 Sign-On Bonus - All Shifts

Base pay range: $36.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 for all full‑time hires.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice complies with state and federal guidelines.
• Evaluate all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems applicable to documented nursing plans.
• Monitor resident responses to daily nursing care implementation to ensure care plans are met.
• Implement physician orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expanding responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with Future Care’s philosophy and purpose.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland.
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience.
• Preferred:
  Experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term care facility.
• Must possess a current CPR license.
