RN - CVICU

Night shift - 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.

We are seeking a skilled CICU/CVICU Registered Nurse for a night shift role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CVICU and will be required to float within the specialty as needed.

• Manage care for critically ill patients in a CICU/CVICU setting.
• Perform bedside central and arterial line insertions, bronchoscopy, chest tube insertions, and targeted temperature management.
• Provide care for patients on ECMO, VAD, and IABP, as well as manage ventilated patients and cardiac drips.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Active RN license in Maryland or compact state.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI certifications; CCRN preferred.
• At least 2 years of CVICU experience preferred.
• Strong skills in managing patients with critical cardiac conditions.
