Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care.
Provides and coordinates direct care to patients. Employs interviewing, observation, and clinical assessment skills to obtain objective and subjective data about the patient and develop a plan of care. Coordinates and prioritizes care for individuals and populations of patients. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.
Serves as a patient advocate and provides patient and family education. Recognizes emergencies and initiates appropriate action. Triage calls and rooming of patients.
- RN license in Maryland or compact state
- CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
- Excellent Clinical Skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Great Customer Service
- Previous telephonic triage highly preferred
- Previous RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus

Minimum $38.49/hour - Maximum $59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
