We are seeking dedicated nurses for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a 28-bed unit providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for children from birth to 21 years old. The PICU is Maryland’s only Level 1 pediatric trauma center and state-designated pediatric burn ICU for children up to 15 years. Our team handles diagnoses such as respiratory failure, metabolic and seizure disorders, multi-organ failure, shock, toxic ingestions, and neonatal and pediatric ECMO.
Surgeries include general, cardiac, thoracic, orthopedic, and neurologic procedures.

ShiftsWeekend Option 12-hour night shifts, requiring work 2 Fridays, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday, and 1 Monday per 6-week schedule, plus core shifts. Must work 5 out of 6 weekends in a 6-week cycle.

- Associate degree in nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license required
- BLS CPR certification required
- RN work experience required

CompensationSalary ranges from $36.31 to $56.28 per hour, based on experience and equity. Salary details will be discussed during screening.
