Med Star Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of four years of post‑graduation cardiology experience to join our Hybrid Outpatient Cardiac Clearance team.

• Focus on cardiac pre‑operative clearances for patients across Baltimore hospitals.
• Provide hybrid care with in‑office visits and remote clinical work.
• Maintain excellent documentation and collaborate regularly with non‑invasive cardiologists and APP colleagues.
• Work autonomously while ensuring high quality patient care.

• Minimum four years of post‑graduation cardiology experience.
• Strong cardiology background in ambulatory, inpatient, or combined settings.
• Excellent documentation skills, strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.

• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour days.
• No weekends, holidays, after‑hours, call, or inpatient responsibilities.
