Our 14-bed unit offers a unique opportunity for nurses to float between 9 inpatient beds and 5 pediatric ED beds. We care for children with a variety of general pediatric diagnoses requiring short hospital stays. Role:
Pediatric Nurse

Shifts:

12‑hour Nights (36 hours per week)

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; applicants enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and planning to complete within five years will also be considered.
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience (previous pediatric emergency experience preferred).
• Must have authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship applicants will not be considered).

Salary Range:
Minimum $36.31/hour – Maximum $56.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
