PRP Outreach & Engagement Coordinator

We’re seeking a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Outreach & Engagement Coordinator who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. In this impactful role, you’ll be out in the community forging partnerships, engaging potential clients, and helping individuals take their first step toward recovery and independence.

• Build our program roster by engaging potential clients and guiding them toward enrollment
• Establish and nurture community partnerships with clinics, providers, organizations, and businesses
• Promote the PRP program through outreach, presentations, networking events, and one-on-one conversations
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our program's values and vision
• Collaborate with the PRP Director to ensure outreach aligns with program goals and standards

• Someone comfortable working independently while staying connected to the team’s mission

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in outreach, engagement, marketing, or community organizing, especially in behavioral health or social services
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with PRP services or behavioral health (training provided for the right candidate)

Compensation: $18 - $30 hourly
