SHIK Consulting Group is hiring entry-level Marketing Communications Assistants to support active, in-person campaigns across the DC metro area. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, staying engaged throughout the day, and building real experience through hands-on work rather than sitting behind a desk.

• Speak with customers at retail and event locations
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently
• Guide customers through simple sign-up steps as part of the sales process
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional setup
• Support daily activity goals as foot traffic and locations change

• Comfort communicating with people in person
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in marketing, communications, or customer-facing work

• W-2 full-time employment
• Base pay plus performance incentives
