Salary: 80k - 100k USD annually

With iconic names such as Cooperstown All Star Village, Ripken Baseball, and Rocker B Ranch under its umbrella, the company delivers formative, memory‑making experiences to hundreds of thousands of young athletes and their families across the country.
Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts for Unrivaled Baseball. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and will grow the Unrivaled Baseball brand, drive tournament registrations, and build upon Unrivaled Sports’ leading position in baseball.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for Unrivaled Baseball tournaments and tentpole events, focusing on awareness, engagement, and registration.
- Grow the Unrivaled Baseball brand footprint and recognition within the youth sports ecosystem.
- Design and manage full‑funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and owned venues to achieve key registration and revenue goals.
- Manage the content calendar and day‑to‑day operations for all Unrivaled Baseball social media channels, fostering a highly engaged online community.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for Sales, delivering high‑impact collateral (presentations, brochures) and campaign assets.
- Own lifecycle marketing efforts (email, SMS) to nurture leads and drive customer growth and retention.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably within sports, events, or youth athletics.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive direct registrations or e‑commerce sales.
- Experience in brand‑building strategies.
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, etc.) for a brand.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing scalable sales tools (collateral, case studies).
- Proficiency with marketing tools (email service providers, analytics platforms, social media management tools).
- Location:
Flexible (Hybrid), preference for NYC, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City.
