BW Paper systems is looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler / Electrician who wants to put their skills to work on large, complex, custom-built machinery. Job ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures
Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards
Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds
Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues
Document work to meet quality and production requirements
Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment
Multi‑task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
Ability to understand wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
Solid problem‑solving skills and clear communication
Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work
High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experience
AND/OR2‑year degree or certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience
