* Job Responsibilities:

*** Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders
* Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures
* Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards
* Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds
* Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues
* Document work to meet quality and production requirements
* Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges
* Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment
* Multi‐task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day

* Essential Functions:

*** Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‐quality work
* Ability to understand wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic electrical issues
* Solid problem‐solving skills and clear communication
* Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work
** Basic Qualification & Requirements:
*** High School Diploma/GED with
** 3+ years
** of electrical wiring or installation experience    
** AND/OR
*** 2‐year degree or certification in electrical systems with
** 2+ years
** of experience#LI-JK2
