Hybrid Position: CAD Product Design, Light Manufacturing, Assembly, and Shipping

We are a small engineering-driven company that designs, manufactures, assembles, and distributes a diverse product line of advanced products for energy-efficient building, green roofs, water reuse, and constructed wetlands. Our products support environmental infrastructure in real-world installations.

We are seeking a mechanically minded individual comfortable with both office and warehouse work. This role combines CAD mechanical design and prototyping with shipping, inventory management, assembly, and production. This is a long-term position for someone who wants varied work, broad responsibility, and long-term job security in a small, hands-on company. We are looking for someone seeking long-term growth and job security.

• Shipping, Receiving & Inventory: prepare and package outgoing shipments with attention to detail
• Shipping, Receiving & Inventory: receive and verify incoming materials
• Shipping, Receiving & Inventory: maintain organized inventory across our full product line
• Assembly & Production Support: assemble products and systems
• Assembly & Production Support: operate light manufacturing equipment
• Assembly & Production Support: provide quality checks and maintain documentation
• Product Design & Development: create and revise 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models
• Product Design & Development: generate installation and maintenance documentation
• Product Design & Development: assist in product development

• Essential: proficiency in both 2D and 3D mechanical CAD
• Essential: strong mechanical aptitude
• Essential: comfortable with physical tasks
• Essential: organized and detail-oriented
• Essential: comfortable switching between desk and hands-on work
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
• Preferred: demonstrated interest in sustainable building systems and environmental technology

Starting salary $52,oo0 with health insurance and paid time off. Considerable opportunity for salary growth.
