Responsibilities- Perform electro mechanical assembly, fabrication, and inspection of medical devices.
- Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, and test fixtures.
- Maintain clean room integrity by following proper attire and clean room environment practices and procedures.
- Strictly adhere to manufacturing and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain accurate records/documentation for quality, inventory, and work in progress.
- Follow general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, and FDA regulations related to medical device manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Warehousing on material movement and storage needs to support production and testing schedules.
- 3+ years of assembly experience, preferably in medical device assembly.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using hand tools.
- Experience with soldering, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
- Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail in filling out paperwork.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the electronics industry or military service, particularly with defense contractors, is a plus.
- Understanding of GMP and cleanroom protocols.

Work EnvironmentWork in a small manufacturing and warehouse environment with approximately 40 full‑time employees. The facility includes a cleanroom where assemblers operate. The first shift operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional mandatory weekend work depending on business needs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
