Qualifications

Our client is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to support the maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment. This person will be overseeing the day to day of pneumatics and hydraulic systems within the plant and ensuring all systems are operating efficiently. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain various systems including Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, PLC 5, Versa Views, Vega Gauges etc.
Your responsibilities will be to include working on conveyors, palletizers, de-palletizers, filling equipment, and high-speed distribution lines. You will assist contractors with permits and the direction of assigned tasks and perform assigned preventative maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment. You will also operate and maintain hot oil heaters, air compressors, and fire pumps. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability in a high-volume production environment.
